should I provide content for my new site? |

best way to provide content is to email your text and/or image files to
the designers at Jade Tiger Productions. You can also mail a CD containing the content. |

Can I meet with a designer? |

If you're located in the Los Angeles area, you can make an appointment to meet a designer. If
you're not local, phone consultation is a perfectly viable method of communication. We have clients from across the country who have never met us face to face but are ecstatic about the turnout of their website. That's beauty of doing business online. |

Who
owns the website after it is designed? |

the website is paid for in full, the rights belong exclusively to the
individual or company who hired us. |

you work with a site that already exists and/or content already in place? |

will provide hands-on consulting to assist you or your company in each
and every phase of the project. We will allocate a place on our server
for you to view your work in progress so that you can provide any necessary

comfort level and familiarity will allow you an enjoyable

Can you build it so I can maintain it myself? |

If you have the necessary software to edit and upload web pages, then we can absolutely build your site with that premise in mind. Websites can be built specifically for client adaptability. However, if you don't have the necessary software to edit and upload web pages, then we can update and maintain your site at very minimal charges. Website maintenance is never a contractual obligation. We only charge when our services are needed. |

The most expensive aspect of web design is e-commerce, specifically database integration. If you need to sell products online, be sure to plan your budget accordingly. How long does it usually take to complete a website from scratch? |

As long as a client provides us with all the necessary materials to get started, we can usually complete a website within a couple weeks. More elaborate designs or additional amenities might require more time. For example, e-commerce sites may take up to a month to complete. However, we do offer rush rates if a site has a specific completion deadline. |
