The Guan is the secret fortress, training grounds, and headquarters of the Jadecats. The Guan is essentially a massive tree-house. The other Jadecats built it while Woodie magically-melded it into an ancient oak tree using his Tao Power.

The Guan consists of three external stories, and several internal chambers within the tree itself. It's a very secure fort, especially with the Jadecats constantly on vigil.

Most areas of the Guan are lit by paper lanterns filled with photoluminescent crystals. On the top floor is the observation deck. The middle external floor holds the meeting room. The lowest external floor holds the training and meditation room.

Lower floors within the tree include the mess hall, armory, infirmary, and sleeping quarters of the Jadecats.

Sometimes spelled/pronounced "Kwoon," a Guan is the Chinese equivalent of a Japanese Dojo.
